will always receive written verification & an
explanation of your results. In
addition to this, we offer the
following result options, so that
you can choose what best suits
you as an individual. |

will be asked for your preference
during your initial consultation
at the DNA Clinic or on the
test booking form contained
in the home DNA testing kit.
However, you can change your
mind at any time by simply
calling the laboratory, please click

BY CLINIC APPOINTMENT **

| Your
local DNA Clinic will provide
a free result
consultation with
your individual Case Manager.
This will take place as soon as
your result is available. Written
verification of your DNA test
results will be given to you at
this appointment. |
Our
Case Managers are professional & friendly.
They will show you the test results & explain
their meaning. You will then
have the opportunity to ask questions,
receive impartial advice or simply
talk with someone about your
situation.
The results session will last
up to ½ an hour. |

| This
will be a plain envelope containing
written verification & an
explanation of your results, which
you can open in the privacy of
your own home. You can then contact your Case Manager or the laboratories
with any questions you may have
or even visit us at a later date. |

| We
can contact you by telephone as
soon as your DNA test is completed. |
We
DO NOT recommend this option,
especially if the situation
is highly emotional. However,
in most cases we will accept your
personal judgement and choice.
Case
mangers reserve the right
not to issue results via telephone. |
| For
your security, personal details
and the case password will be
requested, before any information
is divulged over the telephone. |
| You
are then welcome to contact the
laboratories or your Case
Manager with any questions. Written
verification will follow in the
post approximately 24/48 hrs later. |

written test results 24/48 hours
